Presentations
Dave does presentations to conferences, off sites, and organizational meetings on how individuals can enhance their current communication skills in order to become the best communicators they can be. He creates a positive speaking environment of enthusiasm and fun as participants realize that they already have most of the communication skills they need. What they need to do is enhance some skills, re-focus on other skills, and in some situations learn new skills. Participants are engaged as Dave leads them in brief interactive exercises to let them experience new ways of communicating and thinking about their communication differently.
Dave leaves participants excited and motivated to communicate with others in an enhanced way. He gives participants specific actions to take back to their workplace to make an immediate impact on them and their workplace.
Common Ground Communication Facilitation--Managers
Learning about creating a common ground connection will help your managers and teams establish trust, respect, and connection with one another. Improvement goals are set within the context of connecting with management and employees, because it is in this connection that people are truly able to improve the quality of work and productivity.
Specifically, the coach:
Dave always starts his communication coaching with the person seeking to change, and works with them to reach the goals that they have set for themselves. He doesn't ask individuals to completely change their communication. He works with them to keep doing those things that are working for them, and then to work on those skills in which they want to improve.
All work is supported by setting written goals with evaluation criteria. Support is provided every step of the way.

Company Communication Assessments
It's hard to fix a problem you haven't identified. Sometimes it takes an outside perspective to really zero in on communication issues within the organization. Dave will conduct individual interviews with representative members of management and associates to determine strengths and weaknesses with the current communication environment.
He asks the questions:
All organizations have communication strengths. The organization needs to keep on doing the things that work, and take specific actions to fix the communication that isn't. More than anything else a company Communication Assessment will help the organization improve management and employee satisfaction and and thus impact the bottom-line.
